The seeds for the formation of the company was planted 5 years ago when the son of the CEO was diagnosed as anaphylactic and when the need to find information and products were limited.
The seed has now grown and the basis of this company is to help people not only source products and information relating to this but also to help raise funds for the various society's in the hope a cure will eventually be found.
We hope to bring affordable products to those who suffer from allergies making it more manageable. Our aim is to help make a difference to your quality of life - we want to bring normality back.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept both credit and debit card payment from all leading Banks. Prices are displayed in UK pounds, but payments are also accepted in Euros and US Dollars.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, post, or order on-line.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this is only an indication that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Shipping And Handling
Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price - see Delivery for details of applicable charges. Every product on this site is delivered by our standard service in the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands, islands or Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel islands.) unless you select a different delivery option at the checkout, all products ordered by this method will normally arrive within 3-5 working days working days. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges
VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% will be added to all orders. Goods that are dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT. When ordering goods from Medicareplus for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Every product purchased from us is guaranteed for 12 months, if your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will arrange the repair or replacement. The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage. All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy
We will refund your purchase if you:
o Notify us via email or telephone. Emails should be sent to sales@medicareplus.co.uk o Return products in their original condition. o Include your receipt (packing slip). o Return within 28 days of delivery date. o NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable. o Please do not mark the product or original packaging o Returns made to Medicareplus will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

Returns - Within 28 days of receipt: If your purchase develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new' condition when returned to us. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.
Returns - Outside 28 days of receipt: If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and within its 12 month guarantee period you will be responsible for returning the product to us, we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge ( UK only). This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange.
Returns - Damaged goods: Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your MedicarePlus order number and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
Returns - Unwanted goods: Within 7 days of receipt.
Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' unopened with all seals intact we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after purchase without question. This refund does not extend to the cost of delivery or return and your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement. We will process a refund by the same means that the goods were purchased, less a 5% handling charge to cover our re-stocking, administration and carriage costs. If you prefer to exchange your returned goods for an alternative product to the same or higher value, we may waive the handling charge.
